Dr. Page is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Dr. Page completed his residency in Ophthalmology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak where he had the distinctive honor of serving as Chief Resident in this senior year.  During his residency, Dr. Page received extensive training in laser vision correction surgery, cataract and glaucoma surgery, surgical and medical treatment of retinal disorders, plastic and cosmetic surgery as well as pediatric ophthalmology.

Dr. Page has conducted numerous scientific research studies, with some of his data having been presented and/or published at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.  Dr. Page is currently awaiting publication of his most recent work in the field of retinopathy of premature infants.

Dr. Page specializes in cataract, glaucoma and laser surgery, including LASIK.  Dr. Page is also certified in laser phacolysis, a new technique to supplement conventional cataract surgery.  Dr. Page is actively involved in the surgical training of ophthalmology residents at the Beaumont Eye Institute.  In addition to teaching ophthalmology residents, Dr. Page is also responsible for instructing general medicine residents in current ophthalmic medicine and surgery.

Dr. Page is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Michigan Ophthalmology Society, the Oakland County Medical Society and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Page is on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac.
